Join us for a free gentle chair yoga routine. We have partnered with yoga instructors who have specialized training through the Christina Phipps Foundation to offer this special class. Instructors will be guide members of the cancer community, family members, and those with limited mobility in a gentle chair yoga routine.
All abilities welcome.
This program is for adults ages 18 and up.
